If you receive a “2FA Code Error” message after you input your 6-digit Google Authentication code, please try the solutions below:
- The time on your mobile device needs to be synchronised with the Google Authenticator App and synchronised with the time on your computer (from which you are attempting to log in).

- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Use incognito mode on Google Chrome
- Try to login with the Hata App instead.
If none of the above suggestions are working, try to reset the Google Authenticator. Please refer to "How to Reset Two-Factor Authentication" article under Account Functions section in the FAQ or contact Hata's Customer Support if you require assistance.
