• Missing or Wrong Tag

If you forgot to use, or you have used a wrong Tag, Memo or Payment ID(e.g. BNB, XLM, XRP, etc), your deposit will not be credited. A memo, destination tag, or message is used to identify a transaction in order to credit an account.

You may try to contact Hata’s Customer Support by submitting a ticket on Hata's Helpdesk. One of Hata's customer service representatives will assist you as soon as possible. Please take note that there might be a processing fee to locate your XRP deposit to be allocated to your Hata account. For more information, please refer to Hata's Terms of Use.

• Transactions made to incorrect send/receive address or Unlisted token deposited

Hata does not offer coin/token recovery service. However, if you have suffered significant losses due to a result of incorrectly deposited token/coins, Hata may, solely at our discretion, assist you in recovering your token/coins. Hata has comprehensive and specific procedures in assisting customers to recover their token/coins. However, successful token recovery is not guaranteed by Hata. If you encounter any situations as such, you may provide the following information to Hata’s customer support for speedy assistance:

• Your Hata account email
• Token name
• Deposit amount
• The corresponding TxID

• Funds sent to an incorrect address that doesn't belong to Hata

If you have funds sent to an incorrect address that doesn’t belong to Hata, unfortunately, we are unable to provide you any assistance. You may try to contact the relevant parties for assistance (owner of the address or exchange/platform that the address belongs to).
