If you wish to change your registered email address in your Hata account, please follow the step-by-step instructions below:
- Log in into your Hata account, select [Profile]-[Setting].
- Select [Email].
Important Note:
- In order to ensure maximum security for your Hata account, change of email address can only be completed by submitting a ticket to Hata Customer Support. A Hata customer service representative will respond to your ticket as soon as possible.
- Due to the nature of this process, change of email address might take 1-3 days depending on ticket queue time and time taken to complete your identity verification.
- Withdrawals will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours to after change of email address to protect your Hata account.

- Why is identity verification needed? - Hata wishes to protect your account by verifying that you indeed, requested for a change of email address before granting permissions to change to a new email address.
- Once you have read and accepted the Terms of Use and still wish to change your email address, you may select [Submit a Ticket] to proceed to Hata Helpdesk to contact a Hata customer support representative.
