Users may reset their Hata account password from the Hata Website or App.
- On the Sign In page. Click [Having Trouble].
- Select [Forgot My Password].
- Please enter your email address associated with your account to reset your password.
- After you have entered your email address, you will receive a 6-digit code through your email address. Enter the 6-digit code and proceed to enter a new password.
- Your new password should be at least 8 characters long, with one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number.
- Congratulations! Password reset has completed successfully! You may login to your account using your new password.
