How to Reset Two-Factor Authentication

  • Navigate to hata.io website. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Select [Help Centre] under Explore section.


  • You will be redirected to Hata's Helpdesk. Select [Submit a ticket].


  • Complete the fields to submit a ticket and one of Hata’s customer service representatives will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.


Note: Different users will need to perform different verification requested by Hata’s customer service representative depending on the account status.
