How to Change Mobile Number

If you wish to change your registered mobile number in your Hata account, please follow the step-by-step instructions below:


  • Log in into your Hata account, select [Profile]-[Setting].


  • Select [Mobile number].





Important Note:

  • In order to ensure maximum security for your Hata account, change of mobile number can only be completed by submitting a ticket to Hata Customer Support. A Hata Customer Support representative will respond to your ticket as soon as possible. 
    • Due to the nature of this process, change of mobile number might take 1-3 days depending on ticket queue time and time taken to complete your identity verification.
    • Withdrawals will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours to after change of mobile number to protect your Hata account.


  • Why is identity verification needed? - Hata wishes to protect your account by verifying that you indeed, requested for a change of mobile number before granting permissions to change to a new mobile number.


  • Once you have read and accepted the Terms of Use and still wish to change your mobile number, you may select [Submit a Ticket] to proceed to Hata Helpdesk to contact a Hata customer support representative. For more information on how to submit a ticket, please refer to " How to Submit a Ticket " in the tutorial section of the FAQ.
