Send via Crypto Network

  • If you are sending to a wallet address via crypto network, Select [Add a new receiving address] . Then, ensure you have the following information prepared. Select [Got it] to continue.

  • Ensure that the network selected is correct. Select [Next] to proceed.

How to choose a network?

  • BEP2 refers to the BNB Beacon Chain (former Binance Chain).
  • BEP20 refers to the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) (former Binance Smart Chain).
  • ERC20 refers to the Ethereum network. Its native cryptocurrency is ETH.
  • TRC20 refers to the TRON network.
  • EOS refers to the Enterprise Operation System network.
  • BTC refers to the Bitcoin network.
  • BTC (SegWit) refers to Native Segwit (bech32), and the address starts with “bc1”. You can withdraw or send Bitcoin to SegWit (bech32) addresses.
  • For networks such as BEP2 or EOS, you must fill in the Memo when making a transfer, or your address cannot be detected.
  • The network selection depends on the options provided by the external wallet/exchange that you are making the withdrawal from. If the external platform only supports ERC20, you must select the ERC20 deposit network.
  • DO NOT select the cheapest fee option. Select the one that is compatible with the external platform. For example, you can only send ERC20 tokens to another ERC20 address, and you can only send BSC tokens to another BSC address. If you select incompatible/different deposit networks, you will lose your funds.

  • After you have confirmed your network, click [Got it].

  • Choose the origin of the receiving wallet address. Is it an Exchange or a Private Wallet?

Private wallets are wallets that are stored in your computer/mobile device/hardware. Eg:Trust Wallet / MetaMask/ Exodus/ MYEtherWallet etc;

Exchange Wallets are typically wallets stored and provided by an online exchange.

Eg: Binance / Coinbase/ Kraken/ Bitstamp/Bitfinex

  • If the Wallet is from an exchange, please select which Exchange.

  • If the Wallet is a private wallet from a Decentralized platform, please select which platform (i.e: Metamask / Trust Wallet / Exodus etc...)

  • Input the wallet address that you wish to send to and click [Got It]. Please ensure your address is copied & pasted instead of manually typed in to avoid any typing errors. Your funds may be lost if you input an incorrect address.

  • If you are sending cryptocurrency to a centralized exchange, please label or name your wallet and input the correct Destination Tag/Memo. Click [Next].

Some examples of Memo/Tag are listed below. Tags are only required when you wish to send crypto to a centralized exchange to allow exchanges to identify who the crypto belongs to via the destination tag. Private Wallets may or may not require tags.
