DuitNow is a real-time payment platform in Malaysia that enables users to make instant fund transfers using identifiers such as mobile numbers or National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) numbers. It simplifies and accelerates transactions by allowing users to send money without the need for traditional bank account details.
Users may add their DuitNow details onto their Hata account.
- Navigate to [Wallet] . Select MYR under fiat currency.
- In MYR fiat currency, select [Withdraw].
- Select [Add New DuitNow Details].
- Enter the information used to identify your bank account details. Such identifiers include:
- National Registration Identity Card (NRIC)
- Mobile number
- After adding your DuitNow details, your DuitNow will be successfully linked to your Hata account.
If you have not set up DuitNow with any of your local bank accounts, you will not be able to add DuitNow to your Hata account. If you wish to set up your DuitNow account, kindly contact your local bank for more information.
